<strong>\u00c1rea de Seguridad Alimentaria<\/strong>, se encuentra realizando de manera peri\u00f3dica <strong>Auditor\u00edas Integradas sobre Veh\u00edculos de Transportes de Alimentos<\/strong> que circulan por la <strong>Ruta Provincial N\u00b06<\/strong> en el acceso norte de esta ciudad ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas acciones est\u00e1n comprendidas en el Programa de la <strong>Agencia Santafesina de Seguridad Alimentaria<\/strong> y de las mismas participan Auditores de Seguridad Alimentaria, Inspectores Municipales y personal del Comando Radioel\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera se procede al control de alimentos que ingresan a la localidad como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n de aquellos que se fabrican aqu\u00ed y son transportados a distintos puntos de la provincia y el 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tal como lo establece el <strong>C\u00f3digo Alimentario Argentino<\/strong>, se verifica que dichos veh\u00edculos cuenten con la documentaci\u00f3n obligatoria (UTA, Carnet de Manipulaci\u00f3n, permiso de tr\u00e1nsito, entre otros) y el cumplimiento de buenas pr\u00e1cticas de transporte, higiene y trazabilidad de los productos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el procedimiento se auditaron veh\u00edculos transportistas de chacinados, pastas frescas, l\u00e1cteos, bebidas, productos de panader\u00eda, leche fluida, alimentos en general, perecederos y no perecederos, provenientes de nuestra ciudad, de otras localidades santafesinas y tambi\u00e9n de las Provincias de Entre R\u00edos y C\u00f3rdoba.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis
