{"id":41379,"date":"2023-11-20T09:42:20","date_gmt":"2023-11-20T12:42:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.almargenweb.com.ar\/web\/?p=41379"},"modified":"2023-11-20T09:42:22","modified_gmt":"2023-11-20T12:42:22","slug":"quien-fue-alberdi-el-procer-liberalque-cimento-las-bases-de-la-constitucion-nacional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.almargenweb.com.ar\/web\/quien-fue-alberdi-el-procer-liberalque-cimento-las-bases-de-la-constitucion-nacional\/","title":{"rendered":"Quien fue Alberdi, el pr\u00f3cer &#8220;liberal&#8221;que ciment\u00f3 las bases de la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Juan Bautista Alberdi, nacido en San Miguel de Tucum\u00e1n durante la &#8220;Revoluci\u00f3n de Mayo&#8221;, destac\u00f3 como intelectual y pol\u00edtico argentino del siglo XIX. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Descontento con el r\u00e9gimen de Rosas, se exili\u00f3 en Uruguay y luego en Europa, donde visit\u00f3 al General San Mart\u00edn en G\u00e9nova y se estableci\u00f3 en Par\u00eds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su obra clave, &#8220;Bases y puntos de partida para la organizaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina&#8221;, influy\u00f3 en la Constituci\u00f3n de 1853. Regres\u00f3 a Argentina en 1879, particip\u00f3 en debates parlamentarios y apoy\u00f3 la federalizaci\u00f3n de Buenos Aires. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, las tensiones con Mitre y Roca lo llevaron a regresar a Par\u00eds en 1881, donde falleci\u00f3 en 1884.
