De esta forma, el aumento de precios minoristas durante el a\u00f1o pasado fue del 50,9%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el informe, el rubro \u201c Alimentos y bebidas no alcoh\u00f3licas\u201d tuvo un incremento del +4,3%, por arriba del \u00edndice general, acumulando un 50,3% de aumento durante todo el 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El top 3 de cortes que m\u00e1s aumentaron se encuentra, el Asado, que subi\u00f3 15,9%, pasando de valer $763,21 a $884,61 el kilo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El segundo corte es la Nalga, cuyo aumento fue del 12% y paso de costar $913 el kilo a $ 1.022,84. En la tercera colocaci\u00f3n se ubica el Cuadril que ascendi\u00f3 10,8%.
