Silvina Frana como ministra de Infraestructura, Servicios P\u00fablicos y H\u00e1bitat, dio el puntapi\u00e9 y abri\u00f3 un fuerte debate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ministra dijo en conferencia de prensa que \u201ces alarmante el nivel de endeudamiento porque estamos hablando de m\u00e1s de 8 mil millones de pesos, lo que equivaldr\u00eda a unos 100 millones de d\u00f3lares\u201d. A su vez, sum\u00f3 las deudas que tendr\u00edan la Empresa Provincial de la Energ\u00eda y Aguas Santafesinas, por lo que el monto asciende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Jorge Lagna, ex secretario de Gobierno de la Municipalidad de Venado Tuerto y actual secretario de Gesti\u00f3n Social de Seguridad de Santa Fe, expres\u00f3 que se produjo \u201cel vaciamiento del Estado provincial mediante un plan deliberado capitaneado por Miguel Lifschitz\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En respuesta,&nbsp;<strong>el Frente Progresista brindar\u00e1 este martes una conferencia de prensa en la presidencia de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados<\/strong>.
