{"id":28462,"date":"2018-12-21T10:54:21","date_gmt":"2018-12-21T13:54:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.almargenweb.com.ar\/web\/?p=28462"},"modified":"2018-12-21T10:54:26","modified_gmt":"2018-12-21T13:54:26","slug":"confirmaron-el-procesamiento-de-cristina-kirchner-con-prision-preventiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.almargenweb.com.ar\/web\/confirmaron-el-procesamiento-de-cristina-kirchner-con-prision-preventiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Confirmaron el procesamiento de Cristina Kirchner con prisi\u00f3n preventiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La C\u00e1mara Federal ratific\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n del juez Bonadio, quien proces\u00f3 a la ex presidenta como jefa de una asociaci\u00f3n il\u00edcita en la causa de los cuadernos.<br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La Sala I de la C\u00e1mara Federal confirm\u00f3 este jueves el procesamiento de la ex presidenta&nbsp;<strong>Cristina Kirchner<\/strong>&nbsp;al considerarla jefa de una asociaci\u00f3n il\u00edcita en el marco de la causa por los cuadernos de Centeno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la medida,&nbsp;la Justicia embarg\u00f3 a Cristina con $1.500 millones y la considera autora de 27 coimas.&nbsp;Adem\u00e1s, la C\u00e1mara Federal convalid\u00f3 la constitucionalidad de la Ley del Arrepentido, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n la intervenci\u00f3n del juez Claudio Bonadio en el proceso judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se confirm\u00f3 el procesamiento con prisi\u00f3n preventiva al ex ministro de Planificaci\u00f3n,&nbsp;<strong>Julio De Vido<\/strong>;
