El d\u00eda mi\u00e9rcoles 15 de abril a las 19:30 hs en las instalaciones de Fundaci\u00f3n Centro sede Esperanza sita en Belgrano 2340, se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el primer taller correspondiente a BIENESTAR + SALUD. El objetivo del mismo es brindarle a la comunidad en general un conocimiento b\u00e1sico de las distintas t\u00e9cnicas que se pueden realizar a trav\u00e9s del TAI \u2013 CHI. En esta oportunidad la meta es mejorar, reconocer y aliviar las tensiones que genera la falta de movilidad articular; como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n la mala postura.
\nEl mismo ser\u00e1 coordinado por el instructor de TAI \u2013 CHI Rodolfo Pa\u00eds con una duraci\u00f3n aproximada de 2 horas.
\nLas inscripciones permanecen abiertas hasta el d\u00eda mi\u00e9rcoles 15 de abril por la ma\u00f1ana.
